    Default Quick projects.

The grandkids are now getting old enough to have favourite dolls, so the need for a bed was becoming evident. Still to give this one a couple more coats of Estapol, but hopefully this will keep (Tommy) the doll safe,n, sound.20575CED-D520-4CBC-9182-C50C03F52268.jpeg4B59B94C-2D1C-486A-9604-61D18FB65DAD.jpeg
Pretty basic build, butt joints with glue blocks and the base is glued on for additional strength. 420mm long, 300mm wide at the base..

I also had a little play with a pic I saw on google and came up with my version of this robot. Stands just on 210mm high. Arms and legs both move. Next time I will probably put some larger feet on to create some extra stability and maybe make the head rotate.

Since posting earlier I went back and added some feet to my first robot and created another with feet and a swivel head and wider body.

The sawdust doesn't get much time to settle in your shed Glenn...

Nice bed for imagination and play, hours of fun ahead for Tommy and the little one!

The robots are a great bit of fun, like them!

    Cheers, Peter
