    hears a race car i made a little while back i used popplar and mahogany the plan was shop got.

    hi thanks for the nice words its made off popplar and mahogany its about 250mm long maybe about 130mm wide the finishe i use is a mix off bees wax and mineral oil that you heat up and then put the bees wax in. i get my plans from a site in the usa called toymakingplans.com the two owners are john and cynthia lewman they are very helpfull and have a bit on there web site on how to part. well worth a look. i just like to say i dont help run or own the site thats just wear i get my plans from.
    and the race car was for my nephew and he loved it. hope to post some more pics soon just have to find them on the pc
