Sorry Scotty, missed this post, hot sure how it will last, I have given the pens away but have had no complaints however the 2 pack might be the way to go. You can leave it as is of course and just polish it every now and again. Brass is easy to keep clean and shiny if you just polish it.
CAD stuff looks great. The whole thing is just fantastic,Reality is no background music.
Cheers John

Thanks Munruben,
The only problem with leaving it will be getting to the brass once installed on car it will be very hard to get to most of it, plus getting braso or polish everywhere thats why i want to polish now and leave it.

Been quit busy at work but got more bogging done last nite and redone the injection system again this time out of brass. Finally scored myself a folder been after one for years, it was attached to a bench that my mates school was throwing out, it was broken so i took the bench today got the folder off and sandblasted it to bare metal then brought it home and cut off the damaged parts and retiged the new parts and put a few coats of single pack epoxy primer. Tomorrow when i come home from work im going to look at making some more fittings too bend up some round curves by making up some new brakets with some tube or round bar.

Lookin' good, Scotty.
I remember making plastic hot rod models as a young bloke and some were models of actual cars, I think there was a guy whose name (could be wrong) was Big Daddy Roth? and he designed cars like the Munsters coffin car and heaps of others too, I recall he had inlet trumpets of different lengths and angles too. a really cool look.
keep it up
cheers, billy

Thanks for all the effort Scott.
It's very much appreciated seeing all the time and patiences,
plus skill & craftmanship going into your model.
Looking forward to seeing it completed.

Checking up on a mate!!
G'Day Scotty,
I've been watching for an update on your "Hot Rod" but haven't seen anything for a long time.
I know you had a work accident but I thought that you'd recovered from that mishap.
I remember you mentioned that work was busy in the "truck" thread posting.
I've enjoyed watching your talanted imagination at work, thank you.
Just hoping that all is well with you.
Cheers, crowie
