    That is just awesome you are very talented & I just love the grain in that piece of wood, is it going to remain a natural colour so you can see that grain.

    Body on this model will stay unpainted, just clear coated with some varnish to make grain of wood to stand out more....I think it's crime to paint over wood with grain, especially n places where it's most visible...other than that if I'd make car from mdf I would paint over it.

    G'day Ray, The car is a huge credit to your skill as a craftsman sir....
    And yes, I must agree, to hide all the timber under paint would be a crime...
