    Default St.Kilda Billycart

As it's that time of year again, you know "Football".
I thought I'd dig out some pictures of my St.Kilda Billycart.
I made a few years back, not because I support the Saint's.
More because it's a great colour scheme!
    I'm a rugby boy "Don't hate me"
Kid's seem to love it, and their Dad's tell me it's great just the wrong team.
Anyway it's a bit of fun and I hope you like it.

It's a doddle to change the paint job... besides, I reckon it has the right colours anyway. The real problem is that I won't fit in it!

    Noice!
I may be weird, but I'm saving up to become eccentric.

Sorry wrong code! If you were talking about Football, I have no idea.
But did I mention the "Melbourne Storm" won the NRL.

I just love it. I have built a few billy-carts but none anywhere near this quality. What is the steering mechanism? Also, are there any brakes . These two (brakes and steering) are always my issue.
    thanks

    Hey Mick,
The steering on the billycart is direct, from the steering rod to the tie rod of the wheels.
Most of the steering on my carts are made from plumbing parts, they work great and their almost ready made.
You can see the direct steer and the plumbing T joins, on my Napier billycart.

The best brakes for a Billycart and it's only my opinion, are good old fashioned Lever blokes
straight onto the back wheels. It works great, and their pretty straight forward to make.
    Cheers.
