Ray, You are powering on this one, must be the extra cylinders giving you the horsepower or maybe just the northern summer...
As usual sir, the detail is superb, thank you for the photos & build notes.....Cheers, Peter

    Default Rear axle

So I figured out I'll make rear axle for this cool build. I needed something that looks like axle and almost functions like one.
My idea was to have it the way so that wheels with their shafts/pins can be inserted at the end of axle and fixed with tiny hardwood disc. On the both ends of axle I built around box that firmly with glue holds it together. Once box is done, through open side of box I carved out
all material from axle, before this I drilled precise holes for wheel shafts (precisely I mean free hand with no pillar drill ). After this I have box transformed into axle piece that holds it together, here I'll place tiny disc at the end of shaft, so that wheels can move freely and without coming out of box. Top part of these boxes work as straightener and balancing tool to make sure rear axle fits straight on to frame when glued on to it.
Check out how I accomplished this.

Default Rear axle cover, exhaust extension and box, flames and writing, side grille

Started working on rear axle cover box, hinge system on this one is again something new, but yet to be done and finished. Was thinking for a while how to extend in artistic way exhaust system. Had to add 2 more pipes on each of the sides, give them twist looking style and finish it with cylinder type box for proper noise when this beauty will drive pass nearest church to turn priests head and make him realize that church bells are not the loudest ones in neighborhood
With Purgatory letters added at the back over flames, this ride is topped with sharp style grille on each of the sides, to give that extra edge on character
