This will be the last toy I make before Christmas.
This gives you an idea of the size of the truck.

I made it taking my time just working on it when I felt like it but it would probably take me close to a week from start to finish. This one took longer than usual because I wasn't working to a plan and no templates had to design it as I went along but it was fun. Thanks for the comment.

Wow John, A true work of art by a craftsmen.
My adult daughter & I were looking through "Making Heirloom Toys" book.
My good wife borrowed from the library for me,
and today we've seen a very fine example.
I've ordered the book from "Amazon UK" so I can have a go;
but it's be a while before I espire to the detail
and presentation of you Christmas Truck.
Thank you for sharing the project.
Cheers, Crowie

Great job John came up great, it is very satisfying when you build from the head and not from plan. Look forward to seeing some more.
