Thank you everyone and for your thoughts. Still holding her own it all started with a fall and breaking a bone in the hip.
Like many on here all down to practice and working with the wood as well as picking the correct wood for a part. The smaller the part the closer the grain needed on the wood. Also try to break down the model into section, I tend to start by making the chassis as everything fits on to that and study any plans that you may have before even cutting the very first piece
