Nice one. What can we do the the tray of the truck so it does not hurt the legs. Make it flat bed and put a bit of foam on it?

Well it depends on age of the kid,narrow for smaller kids..Do a round over on the router? I'm thinking about using aerosol filler primer,sand and seal with a clear coat

I used a few screws to help hold it together.If it wasnt for that i would just stain it.I had to do some hole filling

Clarence,im thinking maybe black cab and chassis,and an old school wood color bed. I'm gonna try and cut wheels tom and make some mag wheels..Update it a little
