    Good morning Undies It’s good to talk to some from another ward we are probably on the same medication.
    I have imbedded two link which would help you out the first link is how to make the sanding belts and the other is a Company that makes them.

    PS you may find this next idea of some help with your treatment I have purposely left a short to earth on the active wire on my lathe that way when I turn anything I get shock treatment at the same time
