Visit from forum member

I had a visit today from Crunchie who kindly delivered not only the book I bought from him but a beautiful punnet of strawberries.
I wanted publicly thank him for taking the time to visit and for imparting some of his valuable knowledge to me.

I also had a fellow forumite visitor to my shed yesterday, young “Toomnus” , spent a few hours wagging chins (mostly mine) and putting wood through machines, it was most enjoyable. I even got rid of a few excess clamps. He also went to see Henry”clear out”, whom I’ve visited several times, always enjoyable. The forum is a great meeting point.

Thanks for your comment, Glenn, but the pleasure was all mine. I have admired the quality of the toys that you have posted here on this forum, as have so many of the other subscribers, and I wanted to meet the person behind the posts and pick your brains in the process. It is a great opportunity to compare notes, exchange ideas and meet new friends.
