    Default wishes and something else

I wish everyone on the forum a merry christmas and a happy new year. A bit late for Chrismas, I know, but that me: most of the time I remember those days and birthdays just a little bit too late to send cards... But, I've been a little bit distracted as my daughter just told us there's a second grandchild coming in july. Also, she wanted a little boat for the sugarbeans cause her partner works on a boat (or is it a ship? Wat's the difference anyway?) and she knew I could make it in no time...On the picture: one boat, made of 6 layers of 17 mm poplar and a small cabin. The boat is 20 cm x 10 cm and about 9 cm high without the cabin. I chose the poplar because it's soft and can easely be sanded down to the roundings...

Default A perfect candy holder for a childrens party.

Absolutely wonderful. I love it. A delight to look at and the design is uncomplicated. A great job.

This just goes to show how beautiful simplicity is.
