Default They don't come any newer...

I'm simply known by everyone as KB, engineer by profession, from Tassie originally but have worked in places as diverse as the oilfields of the Middle East and inspecting bridges in America. These days I run a small boutique business in the suburbs of Melbourne that specialises in carbon fibre composites - most of our work is hush hush stuff for various defence equipment manufacturers.

I turned 50 this year and am using the milestone to branch out into new hobbies etc - like woodturning and epoxy river tables etc. So far I've got a small 6 x 2.4 metre workshop built, and now I'm starting to equip it - expect many questions soon!

G'Day & Welcome to a top forum "KB".
There are quite a stack members around Melbourne and cross Victoria plus the rest of the country.....
You'll find a heap of helpful & knowledgeable blokes & ladies on the forum and for most very willing to assist.
Make sure you show off your handiwork as everyone loves a photo, especially WIP [Work In Progress] photos with build notes.
    Enjoy the forum.
    Enjoy your woodwork......
