Default Ey Up from New Zealand

    Hi folks,

Recently moved to New Zealand from the UK and keen to start woodworking again (tools arrive soon in a container) and thought I would search out a slightly more local woodworking community than back in the UK.

Welcome Jon What sort of woodworking do you do?
    .
I know you believe you understand what you think I wrote, but I'm not sure you realize that what you just read is not what I meant.

    Regards, Woodwould.

Ey Up....sounds like a Northerner to me. Welcome to the forum.
    What do you do?
And my head I'd be a scratchin'
While my thoughts were busy hatchin'
If I only had a brain.

    Welcome to the forums.

If you are in the lower north island, the Manawatu Woodworkers Guild is having thier annual open day this sunday. Most of the clubs in the region will be there and it always a great day.

    More details are at Events

G'Day & Welcome Down Under Jon,
That side of the ditch is the shakey isles thru they call it the mainland.
You'll find a heap of helpful & knowledgable blokes & ladies on the forum all too willing to assist.
Everyone loves photos, so be sure to showoff your handiwork.
    Enjoy the forum.
    Enjoy your woodwork.
    Cheers, crowie
