flamenco guitar
G,day fellow musical tinkers
This is my first time since being a member [August 2007] Recently I,ve taken an interest in flamenco guitar music and as progresson to that interest I invested in a secondhand [although in near brand new condition flamenco guitar ADMIRA] .... Here lyes my problem; ,The guitar labled FLAMENCO is more classical with its familiar mellow smooth tone rather than the chacteristic tinny high sounding pitch of the flamenco guitar which I was looking for......I have lowered the nut and also the saddle as much as I could , beyond this point I,m getting too much buzz from the strings .The alterations that I have made have achieved to a small degree of success in achieving the sound of a flamenco guitar.I realise that I will only accomplish to a certain point what I am after in sound variation and tone,.....having said that have any of you guys got any suggestions which I could try?
