Default G'Day from a New Member

    G'Day to you all,
Pleased to be a member and looking forward to sharing all matters wood turning. I am new to this and have just joined the Vietnam Vets and Community Shed in Launceston, Tasmania to learn a little about wood turning, especially pens. Hope to find some information on how to make a mini lathe pen for "The Shed" any help will be appreciated.
    Cheers
    Paul

    Welcome Paul!
    .
I know you believe you understand what you think I wrote, but I'm not sure you realize that what you just read is not what I meant.

Default Thanks for your welcome: pacrichards

Thank you for your welcome. I am looking forward to reading and absorbing new information with a focus at the moment on mini pen lathes. If there are plans out there on how to put a mini pen lathe together I would appreciate the contact. The Viet Vets & Community Shed in Launceston has just got underway and with a couple of members including myself interested in turning pens there are just no enough lathes to go around. Looking forward to hearing from those with a similar interest.
    Regards
    Paul
