Just scored a huge bargain today and thought I would source a forum for help and came accross here so hi. Found and paid for on the spot a house boat for $600aud!!! Never been in the water but sat in a back yard for a decade of an old timer who lost interest.Told me $30000 was spent originally The local kids have smashed the windows and there is work to be done but hey, $600... Can't lose! Will post pics tomorrow and get your opinions on whether I did indeed score a bargain or if I, as some say, that I have rocks in my head? Look forward to learning as much as I can, keep in mind please that I am a dumb #### heavy metal guitarist who knows everything about nothing.
