    Default G'day from scrounger

been checking out this great forum & thought I'd jump in & join.

allways been interested in woodworking /furniture making & fixing up old tools so I reckon I'll like it here.

been in the timber industry since i started working forestry/sawmilling & I'm now making stuff for the building industry, off work i love fixing up & selling old/retro furniture, also love scrounging the gararge sales & auctions for cool stuff & old tools to add to the hoard & can never walk away from a nice bit o wood ( reason for the tag scrounger ), not had a lot to do with woodworking / furniture making so might have more questions than answers, also might sell off some of my excess tools/wood from time to time.

thanks for having this great site

G'Day & welcome to a top forum "scrounger",
You'll find a heap of helpful & knowledgeable blokes & ladies on the forum and for most very willing to assist.
Make sure you show off your handiwork as everyone loves a photo, especially WIP photos with build notes.
    Enjoy the forum.
    Enjoy your woodwork.
    Cheers, crowie

Welcome to the forum. I see in your description you are an advid seeker of items. Personallly I would describe the items as treasure.

SWMBO the curse of the modern day Scrounger "What do u want that for" / "what are u going to make with that" is their universal language.
