    Default G'Day from WA

    Hi all

I introduced myself several years ago, but haven't really used the forum since. I'm about to go find an appropriate thread to ask a question, so figured I'd check in here first.
My name is Michael. I'm a High School maths teacher and hobbyist woodworker. Currently taking steps to qualify to teach woodwork and metalwork. Still pretty much an amateur, but I dig it.
I've made a couple of 'large' projects, including an entertainment unit, a study desk, and kids table and chairs. I've built 3 ukuleles from scratch, and made a bunch of wooden jewelry and other bits and pieces along the way.
Working out of a shed with hand-me-down tools and mostly salvaged wood.

    Have I missed anything?

    Cheers
    Michael (Viv)

G'Day & Welcome to a top forum "Michael".....
There are quite a few members in Perth and across West.....
You'll find a heap of helpful & knowledgeable blokes & ladies on the forum and for most very willing to assist.
Make sure you show off your handiwork as everyone loves a photo, especially WIP [Work In Progress] photos with build notes.
    Enjoy the forum.
    Enjoy your woodwork..
    Cheers crowie
