    Default G'Day from S.West Aus.

G'Day,I'm a complete novice but have really enjoyed looking at bits of wood around here for years,so thought I might have a go at trying to make something out of some of it.Been buying bits of machinery all in the wrong order.Finding out what "square" really means but struggling to achieve it.
    Regards Ron

Welcome Ron. Your thought processes sound pretty typical. One of my friends got the bug and went a bought a thicknesser and just zipped some old timber through it to look at the wood. Three years later I don't think he has done anything with it. My story is pretty much the same.
