    Default Hello from Oxfordshire UK

HI just found this forum. I'm a retired anaesthetist from the UK. i spent a year in Melbourne working at The Women's .Before I became an anaesthetist I worked for a while as a cabinet maker. Now I'm retired I'm trying to get back into my workshop. My plan is to make some small pieces, boxes and automata incorporating marquetry. Cheers Edwin

Welcome to the forum, Edwin. Going from a chippie to an anaesthetist and back to the workshop is quite a journey, but then again, my wife says I zone out when I'm in my shed and I might as well be "under".
Enjoy your retirement, your hobbies and this forum.
