    Default Hello from another woodworker

Hi everyone and thanks for letting me join your forum.

I've been a cabinetmaker for just over 20 years, a wood machinist for just on 10years and I'm now learning upholstery.

I wok casually teaching cabinetmaking at a college and hope to retire in 5 yrs and volunteer my services as an upholsterer at the railway museum.

Looking forward to reading my way through the forum.

    Mick Douglas

PS - Well done upon being a volunteer, so few folk do these days!

If you're into trains, check out this model maker on forum
