Hi, from Geelong
Hi all
I'm Cecile, and my husband Ted and I have an interest in older furniture, but have little time to do any refinishing. We also have few proper woodworking tools to fix things up.
We're both long-time members of the Renovate Forum, so I'm peeking in here to see if I can get some guidance on a project that needs finishing.
Looking forward to browsing through to see what we can see.
Regards
Cecile

G'Day & Welcome to a top forum Cecile,
You'll find a heap of helpful & knowledgeable blokes & ladies on the forum and for the most, very willing to assist.
Make sure you show off your handiwork as everyone loves a photo especially WIP photos with build notes.
Enjoy the forum.
Enjoy your woodwork.
Cheers, crowie

Hi Cecile,
Welcome from another newbie. I'm in the Geelong area also. Given that you have some experience with renovations would you happen to know any decent hardwood suppliers in the area. The only one i know of is in Moolap (TimberZoo) but they tend to be pricey given that they are recyclers.
Anyway, welcome.
Mat
