Default Hi, newbie at 69 starting a journey

New to the forum and woodworking hope to learn and seek guidance from others here o the forum. Been collecting some tools over the past few months. Being on a Disability Pension doesn't help. But wanting to do something with my days other than vegetate. Been watching a lot of YouTube videos, like probably most others. Not sure what I've got myself into, other than what looks like an expensive past time. Hope I can be of some help to others in the future.

Thanks everyone. I've tried Mens Shef, one I'm not in the right post code, othere seems to only be operating late in the evenings which aren't good for me.

So I'm going to just but some pine wood and practice sawing, chiselling mortise and tenons, that sort of thing. Sharpening my tools correctly. Then try building something small like a box seems to be what's suggested by YouTube places I look at. There's a real smart elderly Englishman that teaches how to make your own tools to get by and interesting things to try out first. Watch StumpyNubs too, seems to be genuine. Cosman likes selling all his own tools which are expensive, probably very good but gee. Talkabout expensive handles he charges extra on his saws, no thanks.

It's hard not really knowing where to start. I have to work on my back verandah using a Bora table as the garage is full and the shed is pretty much the same.

I have a circular saw, orbital sander both corded. A Milwaukee finishing sander and planner, both battery, also drill and driver M12s. Need a couple of saws. Have 2 sets of chisels, one Dewalt and the ones I got recently a Narex set. Waiting on sharpening stuff. Have drill bits etc. So have most thins to start with nearly. Have some different painters tapes as well. Super glue and fixer, got a bottle of Gorilla glue given to me, but heard that's not the best. Will probably go with Titebond 3 and 1, 3 for things like breadboard or might get subjected to the wet. Finishing stuff are expensive, any hints on were to buy would things be helpful.
