    Default I Mill Timber

    G'day folks. I'm Murray and I am a (currently) part-time Application Support office worker, part-time Sawyer (Bandsaw Mill), from Brisbane.

    Yes, I'm hoping to Mill more and "office work" less, but I'm here to chat with fellow woodworkers (my wife is a better woodworker than me haha), learn where I can, help where I can.

    I'm actually going to be putting together some french cleat fixtures for my wife's woodworking shop over the coming weeks and am coming up with some designs now, keen for ideas from others on their best designs. I'll post about this in a more appropriate forum though.

    Happy to help with milling advice as I'll certainly be taking advice on other things quite regularly from you learned people.

    There are a stack members around Brisbane and cross South East Queensland plus the rest of the country.....
    You'll find a heap of helpful & knowledgeable blokes & ladies on the forum and for most very willing to assist.
    Make sure you show off your handiwork as everyone loves a photo, especially WIP [Work In Progress] photos with build notes.
