    Hi,

    I'm ''ballwood'" aka Paul

    Just joined after several years observing the posts, but, a long time ago. I'm jus searching for advice and direction in my quest to become a competent wood workeif you have the time and skill to advise me I would be most grateful.

    There are a good number of members in Perth and surrounding areas.....
    You'll find a heap of helpful & knowledgeable blokes & ladies on the forum and for most very willing to assist.
    Make sure you show off your handiwork as everyone loves a photo, especially WIP [Work In Progress] photos with build notes.

    competence comes with knowledge and practicing the essential skills.
    At 69, perhaps you may wish to accelerate the learning curve by taking some formal instruction.
