    Default Newbie for the Sunny Coast

    Hi guys,

    I am Karel, originally from the Netherlands, first generation migrant and pretty much Aussie for the last 26 years or so

    Been looking around on this forum on and off over the years, have dabbled in woodwork for a while now, doing a bit of turning built a strip-planked kayak. In doing that I discovered that I really liked the woodwork, but I despised the fiberglassing required at the end.

    Will be browsing around for a bit and start asking some specific questions about the Zinken Compact ZC21 that I have become proud owner off as of last week.

    G'Day & Welcome to a top forum "Karel".....
    There are quite a few members on the Sunshine Coast with a stack members in & around Brisbane and cross South East Queensland plus the rest of the country.....
    You'll find a heap of helpful & knowledgeable blokes & ladies on the forum and for most very willing to assist.
    Make sure you show off your handiwork as everyone loves a photo, especially WIP [Work In Progress] photos with build notes.
