Yeah its surprising how much water will fit into that length of poly.

That pipe will suffer huge surge when you brake and accelarate.

I'd be concerned with it breaking the joints at the ends.

Reconb zuffen makes a reasonable point. Maybe an internal baffle would help.

Seen the odd poly pipe water tank setup. Biggest one was in a converted coach. Where the step down isle once was is now runs of pipe.

    Default Surge

I thought about the surge facter but i believe it won't be a problem as long as I only travel with it full or empty, I only need it full on the way to my camp site and travel home empty, if it dosn't work I'll try somthing else.

I was going mention someting about not only the surging, but if you're not parked on dead level ground, then most of the water will gather in one corner... or at the bottom of one of the 'U' bends. For it to work properly, you need a full perimeter loop, that way, the water will always drain to the lowest point.

Multiple pick up points would solve the level problem but would be a nightmare to set up.

Yes, as others have said you need to re-thing the pipe water idea, not only cause of water being trapped in it there is also the wasted space in between each loop.

I see that you have already cut the frame structure to accomodate the pipe.

    Default Camper

All good points, but if it dosn't work I will use the 2 side pips as pole and fishing rod storage and cut out the middle section.
