    Default Slimline Seal Stub ID

I am needing to have a Gator front stub machined down to take a trailer hub so we can fit 13 inch rims to it. Bearings are all good but the shoulder that the seal fits on is way to big. Can someone tell me whether the shoulder should be machined to 45mm or 43.9mm to fit a slimline/falcon seal like this one?
