Sealing Trailer Storage Box Doors
I am now at the stage with my trailer renovation/conversion where I am contemplating adding a storage box to the draw bar. I will more than likely be making my own out of exterior grade ply and want to find out what type of rubber(or other material) seal would be suitable for water/dust sealing the doors in the box.
Any suggestions or recommendations?
Cheers

I know it's been a while but there's no replies...
I found this stuff at clark rubber. It's known as EVA (Ethylene vinyl acetate) or PE (Polyethylene), comes in varying widths & thicknesses, has a sticky back & sells from $2 a metre. The pic is of 25mm x 3mm which set me back $2.50 a metre.

Clark Rubber have quite a range of seal type products that might suit, but they will mainly only keep dust out if your design does not prevent water ingress.
Have a look at the aluminium style tool boxes (ebay is as good as any) to see the construction style. I made up a storage box a while back. This link may provide some ideas. Bear in mind that water and sun are both very aggresive in their ability to destroy good work.
