Ive looked around on ebay and i cant seem to find where people buy new trailer side from? Im a good welder and i would prefer to strip down and rebuild the old girl propley with new sides? as for the rest of the add on's im sweet with scourcing them!

Can't help with any specific contacts up there, but make some calls to some local sheet metal places. Trailer sides are basically three folds. A 25mm lip at the bottom, then a 25mm lip at the top followed by a 40 or 50mm lip that forms the horizontal top surface. (The 40 or 50mm usually matches the vertical upright SHS pieces in the corners of the trailer).

Alternatively, trailer manufacturers make their own sides with their own folders and guillotines, so contact one near you and ask if they will sell you a pair they make for themselves.
Too many projects, so little time, even less money!

companys that make roof flashings have nice benders and stock gal sheet stock in differnt thickeness that are used to make box gutters, they can do it easy as, i would not call a big company like BHP but a local roofing trade outlet can help you

Well I hope it's some help and you're able to get what you need.
Do keep us posted on you're progress. In you're spare time do build one of those trailers you put pic of.

    Cheers.

Here is a two more a little closer to you Sheet Metal Firm - Brisbane - Samin Sheet Metal and Active Fabrications Brisbane Gold Coast Queensalnd Australia .

Samin make some nice sides in a choice of profiles. Active fab has sides and everything else you need. Only problem with Active Fab is they don't accept credit card or eftpos. Cash or cheque would you believe. It may have changed in the last year I don't know but can hope.
