Apart from the sticker looks exactly the same as the ones I use.

Have used mine to push around several single axle vans in the shed without issue. However I havent actually weighed any of these vans, so couldnt tell you how much load I have put on them. Some have felt damned heavy to push, if thats anything to go by.

Is the 1600 Kg empty weight ,or when its loaded up?

The ones in the workshop wernt that expensive to buy. Wouldnt even contemplate trying em if your conc isnt smooth, flat and level.

Definitely dont leave the van on the skates for any period of time.

Perhaps ask a few 4wd joints about some heavier duty units.

The major limiting factor with those will be the rating of the castors...but the frame wont be far behind.

It is possible to make a stronger dolly without the lifting function.

what you have to then do is jack the wheel up and slide the dolly under.

you then need to find some castors strong enough.....I'd be looking for poly over cast iron with roller bearings in at least 4 inch.

    cheers

    Didnt read soundmans reply initially.

If you decided to pick up off the shelf fixed wheel dollies. I wouldnt buy the ones that have a rolled sheet base and a strengthing bar that runs horizontally across.

Once you get em under the tyres then they seemed fine. Its just getting them under. By the time u factor in the suspension travel and getting the tyre high enough to slide the dolly in ......
