Keep it. Bolt that puppy to a trailer and rent yourself out for parties. Fixed menu(s).
    Two selling points:
    a) you have a fantastic piece of gear to work in.
    b) the host & hostess don't spend any time in the kitchen.

Quick question, does the gas bottle sit in the cupboard below the BBQ and if so, have you vented that cupboard?
Yes the gas bottle sits in the cupboard under the BBQ, I put venting on the top of the cupboard, and on the back of the cupboard where the bottle will sit. Only issue I have is it will only fit a smaller gas bottle. If the buyer has naturan gas they can always rig it up to the pipeline and avoid that issue.

Aha! Thats not a bad idea. Might just consider that if Idon't sell it.I'd prefer to sell it though.

Is there venting at the bottom? Gas is heavier than air and you must have a vent at the lowest point as well as one at the top.

Not picking on you, just making sure that you've included it, especially if you're selling it, cause if there is any probs down the line sometime, you'll be liable for it.

Well I put two holes at the bottom of the back because the BBQ booklet said it needs space at the top and bottom. So it's on the back at top and bottom. Hopefully it won't be an issue.
