Long story but at last its coming together a simple but cheap rebuild of my desk. It was 2nd hand ex-Gov with MDF and good solid Aussie hardwood legs. This is the draws CD ply with a Jarrah edging. No finish yet.

My rails arrived today all cleaned up after a skimming, slimming run through Fletty's thicknesser Thanks Fletty

Unlike the Rain God's who decided to see how fast we could dismantle everything and move it off the driveway while trying to drill and dry fit the legs to the top.

Update everything sanded legs and rails Danish Oiled as well as draw fronts. Desk is connector bolt assembled for moving purposes.

Desk top to be finished with WoP, had to move everything down one end of the garage to set the desk up in side out of the sun and off the driveway.

    Default too good

Looks too good for a desk, great work mate and nice coloured stuff as well (even though CH doesn't like red, I think it warms the place up)

    Keep well
