    His freehand router/trimmer work is impressive. He's not real big on dust extraction though, is he, hopefully he had a mask on.

    It says in the blurb that it was 'epoxy resin' he poured into the gaps. That was my first thought, until I saw that huge pot being agitated with a mixer... Any views on that? I'd have expected that to cook off in a big ball of heat within a couple of minutes. Some sort of slow cure option?

    can get plenty of resins that allow bulk mixing like that.

    i believe the blurb when it says that it took him two weeks to make.
