Very nice CH. Looks like a bit of weight to deliver.

Thanks guys, P36, the chatoyant qualities of Blackwood can change the look quite a bit. I did notice it in that photo too. It was a little lighter but not noticable under normal conditions.

Hi Tony, it looks a bit naked out there in that big room, the client is going to email me some photos once she has chairs and things looking better.

Another lovely job! I'm sorely tempted to make something from Blackwood.

Hi Bob, Blackwoods not to bad weight wise I also kept the top detachable so two of us easily handled it.
Hey Woodwould, Blackwood has lovely chatoyancy very similar to Aust Red Cedar to look at and use, only it is slightly harder, heavier and more feature. I like using it pretty easy to work.

    Default Inspiration

You have inspired me to make a table. Ive used Tassie Blackwood and Blackheart Sassafras to make our king bed and im skipping the bedside tables to make the dining table now. I love Blackheart.

Should get your details, im only on the lake at Valentine.

    Keep up the inspiration!
