Default A Box for Ashes and Some Other Funerary Items

    Hi ,
We lost two friends last Monday, which put me in a 'pause and reflect' mode for most of the week and weekend. I made a box for the ashes of one of the friends and I have written two blog posts about funerary items, one about life, and death, and caskets, etc, and one about the step by step making of the dovetailed box I just finished .... There is also a link in this most recent post to an earlier post about building a casket for my mother
Check them out if you have a minute ...

    Thumbs up

Dan, it must be a sad task to make these items for those close to you. I think you have done a wonderful and loving job on each one. They are all fine pieces of work.
