    Default Shintaro Mintaro

A new coffee table with a slab of slate from Mintaro in SA as the table top.

I hope the setting has a Japanese feel.

I like the slate idea. I do have question as to why you did not cover to the edge of the frame on the corners. Maybe fill with something that looks different and can be removed.

The thought had crossed my mind Christos. But with what? For the moment I am happy to leave it as is, but if dust builds up too much for LOML's aspirations to cleanliness in the home then I will do something. Perhaps square off the broken edges and make up some oregon inserts. Do you have any other suggestions.
