The first collar is finished except for the keyway which BD will cut to suit the keys he will be making. The design is very simple, just a rounded edge. Dimensions are 2.25" diameter by three-eighths in thickness. Being so small I used the faceplate of the Record Power for the first time. No dramas in breaking it off the faceplate but I think I'll use an extra sheet of paper next time.

thanks WW. According to BD his oyster topped one has to have a flanged washer. Must make appointment with optician but can't read phone book.
