    Default King size bed

Have been sorting a few photos and came across this one of a wedding gift for our son and daughter in-law and thought that i would share as I enjoyed the making. The timber used is cedar (surian ?), jacaranda, Vic. ash for side rails and supports with recycled various species for the slats.....did have some WIP pics somewhere but appear to be lost in transfer from laptop to main
    cheers Kerry

Amazing! Are the pale panels routed or carved?
    .
I know you believe you understand what you think I wrote, but I'm not sure you realize that what you just read is not what I meant.

It was un-assembled and transported north, and did manage to fit in their bedroom.

I am amazes that you are able to achieve such fine ridges . The jacarandah is a
very white timber - is that colour typical ?

Fairly typical, tends to yellow a bit depending on finish,,,,I have combined it with silver ash and it can be difficult to tell them apart.
