Cooperage should work. If you have made your frame so that all spaces are equal and the frame curves are the same, you would be able to make up a section as a test piece for all spaces. If it fits, make up the rest. It would need to be horizontal cooperage as the vertical profile would require extremely thick timbers to make the curve.

Actually the only thing that I can think of is to make oversize rings and then plane off the excess?
