bunk beds
This is the second set I've built for the same family . The only stipulation was that they wanted lots of headspace for the bottom bunk. timber is kiln dried douglas fir 290x 50 rough sawn which I dimensioned into 90x45 all put together with 10 and 12mm dominos(love my xl) side rails used maxilocks to attach to ends and slats are 150 x 19mm hardwood all sanded to 240grit as they will be painting the entire bed semi gloss white
Some people are like slinkies - not really good for anything, but they
bring a smile to your face when pushed down the stairs .
