    Default Thinking about a log cabin

    We're thinking about erecting a log cabin in the garden - not sure whether to build one from scratch, buy one flat-pack and put it up myself, or to have one delivered and built all-in.

    Looking to use it for a home office (escape the noise!), and our budget is around £3k.

    Any suggestions?

    My only suggestion would be to look at the Cordwood construction technique - Daycreek Home Page

    It may or may not suit your plans.
