Cost of Dewalt Radial Arm Saws
Dewalt only import to order radial arm sawa. Looking at the prices quoted to me here, compared to off the shelf in the UK, the price is nearly double. I need a good qualty radial arm saw but don't want to pay the earth for it. Any ideas?
Thanks.

There are about 3 or 4 on ebay at present. Haven't been in lately but Just Tools in South Melb had a 3 phase and a single phase (both new) on display about 8 months ago. New from about 2.5k

Radial Arm
Hello, I am a beginner and have come to the conclusion I will be better off with a sliding panel saw. What brand did you buy? Carbatec has one with a router hole built in but it is not a slider. What about Felder?
Thanks again.

have a look at the torque work center. It might meet your needs I have one and so far has exceeded all my expectations will cut down a full sheet of mdf or ply with ease then by changing the configuration you can build whatever from start to finish
Some people are like slinkies - not really good for anything, but they
bring a smile to your face when pushed down the stairs .

Hereward,
I have a Hammer K3 Comfort, cost is around the $7000 mark. I sugest you look around before deciding, there are some bargain Combinations around. Quality may cost a bit more up front but pays off very quickly, works out being cheaper in the long run.
