    Default Dovetail table

Seems a pity to have a dovetail jig and not be able to show it off so i came up with this design. Timber is Bloodwood, a tree that was in my yard and showing signs of distress.

    The looks great.
did you mill and dry the timber yourself or get it done?

That's nice . Arts and crafts style was about showing the joinery off. Nice way of doing the legs too . Do they just slide up and glue or did you screw them through to the rails from the back?

Got it milled and then dried it on the side verandah.

The legs are a pretty tight fit and I just put a screw through the back where it can't be seen. Very handy for breaking it down for transport.

Lovely work. I like it. The top looks really beautiful and well done making the front & drawer in 1 piece of wood.
