Thread: fencing ideas - please help!!

Hi there,
I am a new member and after some advice about fences. Ifthis is not in the right area please redirect me.
I have a Hardies Super Six fence (in Perth) that I absolutelyhate and have been waiting patiently for it to fall over. Lo and behold,yesterday the wind and my dog managed to achieve exactly that! I want to put aplan to the neighbour to upgrade to a better quality of fence.
I don’t want a super six or pine lap but would likesomething a bit better. Do any members have advice about design or installationof different styles that may look better than the basic fences.
I have seen a timber lap fence in Jarrah (or similar) whichlooked great. Any other ideas? Can you point me to websites or companies thatdo other designs? Any help much appreciated.
