    Default Finished staircase project

Layed this morning the last hand at the staircase project complete with the needed staircase railing work, so now I have my hands free to starting up new woodturning projects.
What left is to go by car to Est for installing the whole, into the house of the two tortel doves.
    Thanks for looking.
    Cheers, Ad

Of course Peter, as I'll go install the stairs I take my camera along for some pictures of the installed stairway.
It's also nice to show the progress achieved in the renovation work of the house, and what remains to be done, and comparing that with how the house looked like in the old situation. There is still work to be done before everything is ready....))))
    Thanks, Ad

Is that a dry fit or do you have a large car? Looks like it will take muscle to install it in either case.

    Default Already installed (last saturday)

Last saturday I installed the stair into the house, fits perfectly till on the cm.
Here some pictures of the installed stair, as well of the renovation work till now on the house itself. Also some pictures of the house in the old situation.
Notice the two wall lamps on the wall in the sleeping room I made recently.
    Cheers, Ad

I'm agree Ray, it's a very small old farmhouse, almost 150 years old.
But they felled in love by seeing this house, not only that, the small village of Est lays in the fruitarea of Holland, a very quiet small village with only 600 inhabitants, almost no traffic noise, what is exceptional for Holland. On the other side of the street is a very nice white house with a large workshop, if the owner has the plan to sell it, I'm interested to buy it And another advantage, very friendly people live there, they always say hi when they pass, and stop for a nice talk with you. I lived there in the early 70's, and now I have to give myself a ram for the head that I moved out to the South West of Holland.
