Installing cam locks
I am making a large built in storage cabinet and using melamine coated chipboard. I am installing cam locks on the end so there are no visible screws. I have done a couple of test runs but I'm finding it difficult to align the base and the upright to fit exactly. I am thinking I will have to drill pilot holes until I get an exact fit unless someone has a better idea. I have done plenty of woodwork but never worked with cam locks before so any advice would be appreciated.
