Jarrah and Marri Glory Box
I just finished this one for my daughter.
All done old school with hand tools and finished with wipe on poly.
It is a frame and panel construction with Marri veneer on an MDF substrate.
It took far longer than I expected but I am happy with the end result!
regards
Anthony

Great work Anthony. Jarrah and Marri really do go well together, no wonder its a popular combo.
Great design and build. The stainless steel look of the feet set it off well, too.

Hi all thanks for the kind comments, I'll try get some more pictures up tonight.
Paul, I used a piano hinge along the back and then an overhead gas hinge from Bunnings. I do need to get another as the solid Jarrah lid is a little too heavy for the hinge to contol as it closes. About $70 ea from memory.

Anthony
