Joints for screen door
What do you think would be the most appropriate joints for the rails and stiles of a screen door? I'll be using only hand tools (no table saw or router). Online I've seen floating tenons -- which don't look doable without a router, regular mortise and tenon, and one DIY'er recommended lap joints. The only problem I can see with the lap joints would be the middle rails, where you'd be able to see the edges on the face of the door. But otherwise, it seems that lap joints would be easy and sturdy. Any ideas?

Frame and panel construction --use mortice and tenon joints.
Bridal joints are an option, but not as good as M&Tsregards from Alberta, Canada

Personally I like the look of wedged through tenons. To me it says "This door was built right!"
